Love at first touch
Wool changed everything for us. It was one of the main motivators to create TAM ARA and it has been our foundation ever since.
While wool is our favorite, we also offer other fine yet functional materials like cashmere, silk, linen, cotton, and more for you to enjoy.
We believe in the power of knowledge, so we educate our customers about the qualities of wool and other natural materials.
Tailor-made minimalism
We create minimalistic clothing that stays relevant and stylish for years. Our work is without flashy logos but with focus on precise tailoring and creative details.
Personal connection is vital to us and customization is one of the key pillars of our work. We believe that together, we create garments that become cherished experiences and memories. And who knows, maybe they will be passed down through generations.
Better for the planet, better for you
We prioritize caring for our people, economy, and our planet. Our small-scale production focuses on local sourcing, the best natural materials and reducing our environmental footprint. We only buy as much material as we need, use it efficiently and creatively repurpose or donate the excess left after the production. All of this without compromising on the quality. Our garments are crafted by fairly paid independent seamstresses in the Czech Republic.
These steps are not only better for the environment but for you as well. Our production system is what allows us to create custom-made pieces in which you will feel comfortable and yourself over many seasons.
